Heinrich Gustav Reichenbach had many different hairstyles during his lifetime. He reached fame as an excellent botanist, pteridologist, ornithologist and university teacher. However, the German botanist was specially known for his beautiful fashion sense and his pleasant character. Before his tragic death at the age of 65 he was frequently in the spotlight of magazines and tabloids because of his exceptionally hairstyles.
